Carole M Delille

Carole Elias is currently an Agent affiliated with Gosen Properties and she brings with her a strong business background along with many years of Real Estate experience in both sales and rentals. She was formerly affiliated with Technique home sales where she was very active and productive. Carol holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood education from Kingsborough Community College as well as a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hunter College where she graduated in 1989. She has been working as a corporate accountant for a major accounting firm for the past 24 years. While there Carol has acquired a vast knowledge of the Real Estate World and Client relations. Carol is hard working, honest and dependable and she will bring these qualities with her into her Real Estate Transactions. Carol is a people person and is very passionate about serving and helping others. She is a single parent of three college students and is affiliated with many non for profit organizations volunteering her time in her community whose goal is to mentor, motive and empower the youth of her community so that the students may be inspired to succeed.
